The system will also support live video conferencing features and require backend services for data handling and integration. This role is ideal for a well-rounded developer comfortable working across system layers, adapting to different languages, and independently solving complex technical challenges.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop AR application logic for object recognition, augmentation overlays, and AI-based task validation.\nIntegrate AI models into the AR pipeline to determine if physical procedures are performed correctly.\nBuild and maintain backend services to support session management, data persistence, and video conferencing integration.\nWrite clean, efficient code in C++, C#, and Python as needed for both front-end and backend components.\nWork closely with system-level APIs and runtime environments to ensure performance and reliability.\nCollaborate with hardware and platform engineers to ensure smooth deployment and low-latency processing.\nRequirements:\nProficiency in C#, C++, and Python.\nExperience developing and debugging software with a solid understanding of operating system-level behavior (memory, concurrency, device I/O).\nFamiliarity with at least one modern game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal, or Godot) — final engine choice will be project-driven.\nExperience with computer vision tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).\nAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal oversight.\nNice to Have:\nExperience building or integrating video conferencing features (e.g., WebRTC, native SDKs).\nBackground in client-server architecture and real-time communications.\nFamiliarity with AR development toolkits such as ARKit, ARCore, or OpenXR.\nHow to Apply:\nPlease send your resume and portfolio to recruitment@banc3.com.
