Responsibilities Create thoughtful landscape designs, including both hardscape and softscape plans Develop detailed plant layouts and specifications Attend on-site client meetings to understand needs and present ideas Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team Prepare accurate estimates for projects Track budgets and monitor labor and material usage to ensure efficiency Maintain high standards of quality and completeness for all projects Set and achieve personal and company sales goals (weekly, monthly, annual) Qualifications & Skills Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Experience with landscape design (CAD experience a plus, but not required) Strong plant identification and horticultural knowledge Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills A motivated, respectful, and positive team player Benefits Competitive salary, based on experience 401(k) with company contributions Profit sharing opportunities Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days Health insurance Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Why Oceanview?
