Position Highlights
Full-time, employed Gastroenterology position
Established referral base within a strong primary care network
State-of-the-art facilities and equipment
Integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient settings
Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
Opportunities for clinical research and leadership involvement
Schedule & Call
Monday–Friday clinic schedule (40 hours per week)
Manageable call rotation:1:3(approximately 10 days/month, including one weekend)
Flexibility in call coverage preferences
Compensation & Incentives
$1.1M Income Potential
Sign-on bonus:$100,000
Quality and value-based incentive opportunities (2.5%+ annually)
APP supervision compensation: $20 per wRVU generated
Call Pay & additional stipends available
Fellowship stipend: $2,000/month for up to 24 months
Additional income opportunities through clinical research

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
ERCP experience preferred but not required
Open to experienced physicians and fellows
