Indoor Greenhouse Supervisor

Job Duties:Assist in managing the indoor plant department, directly supervise the retail operations as assigned by the Assistant Store Manager. Train and model exceptional customer serviceMerchandising, ordering, stocking, display, inventory control of product. Provide daily supervision and work direction through a participative management style by encouraging a teamwork environment that meets customer expectations. Perform required administrative functions on a timely basis: schedules, reviews, and timecardsManage product quality, ordering, merchandising, stocking, displays, and stock levelsProvide feedback to support departments. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout store. Manage the entire stores operation in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Store ManagerQualifications:Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail supervisory or management capacityDirect experience in floral sales or management desiredGood written and verbal communication skills demonstratedGood technical knowledge including POS, Window’s and ExcelDemonstrated strength in employee relations, problem solving and customer serviceAbility to lift 50 lbs regularlyHigh energy level with the ability to provide strong leadership, train, delegate and motivate staffPersonal documented history of exceptional performance at Bachman’s and track record of supporting company management, policies and proceduresIdeal candidate has a strong team mindset and a strong desire to provide positive customer experience.
