New employees will be eligible for paid holidays, prorated paid vacation based on their start date, and other leave options.\n\nStart Date: June 2026\nRequirements\n\nThe requirements for this position include:\n\nWork authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer i.e., are legally eligible to work in The United States via U.S. citizenship, permanent resident status, etc.\nResidency (or planned residency) within the U.S. state(s) of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, or Wisconsin by the anticipated start date\nRegular in-person attendance at the CONTAX Chicago office, with selected remote days\nWillingness to travel within North America when required (10%)\nInterview travel expenses/relocation assistance are not available.\n\nPreferred skills and experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business field\nSelf-driven and proactive nature\nExcellent communication skills\nAn ability to work well individually as well as within a team\nAn affinity for problem-solving and designing solutions\nAn interest in understanding, designing, and improving on solutions\nEffective documentation abilities\nFamiliarity with business processes such as manufacturing, sales, distribution, or accounting\nProgramming experience (SQL, Java, C++, etc.)\nExperience working with a business software application such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, NetSuite, or Infor\nCONTAX values highly motivated individuals who take initiative and are strong problem solvers.
