We're seeking an Assembler to join our team in Lowell, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping us to produce high-quality plastic sprayers while maintaining safety, efficiency, and teamwork on the production floor.What You'll Be DoingAs an Assembler, your core responsibilities will include:Assembly: Assemble plastic sprayer components by hand or using basic tools to ensure efficient production. Work Instructions: Read and follow work orders, instructions, and production schedules to maintain accuracy and workflow. Quality Inspection: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations.In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, demonstrate strong attendance, work collaboratively with your team, and follow all safety protocols.What We're Looking ForQualifications:Ability to stand for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift and move products up to 30 lbsGood hand dexterity and attention to detailReliable attendance and strong safety mindsetSkills:Communication: Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.Blueprint Reading: Ability to understand basic blueprints or written work instructions.Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure quality and accuracy in assembly tasks.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for both short-term and long-term employment.
