Participants have the ability to strategically execute new and exciting initiatives throughout our integrated supply chain organization.\n\nParticipants start by completing an initial 9 to 12 week onboarding with other SCDP trainees; this training consists of business acumen and leadership training.\n\nFollowing onboarding, participants get practical and intentional experience through a series of rotational assignments.
