Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to provide hands-on support for packaging lines in a manufacturing environment. The role involves troubleshooting PLCs, automation controls, and vision systems while partnering with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve line performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and troubleshoot automation systems on packaging lines during productionDiagnose and resolve PLC, controls, and vision system issuesWork closely with maintenance teams on escalated automation problemsSupport Siemens, Allen Bradley, and B&R control systemsPerform fault diagnosis, program reviews, parameter adjustments, and system recoveryInvestigate automation-related deviations and implement corrective actionsSupport vision inspection and serialization systemsMaintain GMP/FDA-compliant documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualification8+ years of automation and controls engineering experience in manufacturinStrong hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen Bradley, and B&R PLCExperience troubleshooting packaging machinery in a production environmenKnowledge of vision inspection systems and serialization (preferredExperience working in GMP, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or regulated manufacturing environmentStrong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillProficiency with Microsoft Office Suit
