We are currently searching for Groundskeepers at our Eastview Station, Eastview Commons, and Eastview Place locations.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nCleaning grounds on a continual, daily\nResponsible for the exterior curb appeal\nTo report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community\nLight maintenance improvements as necessary to physical\nHelp create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve\nTo work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special\nTo assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.\nTo recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing\nTo assist residents with special\nTo demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community\nOther duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.\nEducation and Work Experience Requirements\nHigh School Diploma / GED\n2+ years of grounds experience preferred\nMultifamily experience preferred\nRate: $15.50 - $16.50\nBENEFITS:\nCompetitive salaries and bonuses\nMedical\nDental\nVision\n401(k) plan with employer match\nShort term disability\nLong term disability\nLife/AD&D\nPaid Time Off\n11 paid holidays\nEmployee Assistance Program\nCareer advancement opportunities\nTraining and Development\n\nBackground Screening and Drug Test Required\nEOE Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans\n\nExperience\nPreferred\nMust be able to work well with others as a team and take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently.
