Responsibilities will include gathering requirements for upcoming projects, implementing solutions to handle those requirements, and test them in conjunction with other software design team members.\r\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\r\nExperienced at reading technical drawings and electrical diagrams.\r\nCapable of working in a hybrid office and remote environment.\r\nAbility to work independently and meet deadlines with short turn-around times.\r\nTechnical writing and data presentation skills.\r\nSolid organizational skills including proven ability to multi-task.\r\nWilling to research new processes and technologies to improve the workflow of future projects.\r\nPreferred\r\nPrevious experience in the automotive, aerospace, or broader manufacturing industries.\r\nExperience in Test Driven Development or Industrial Digital Twin testing environments.\r\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when working closely with other teams.\r\nExperience working in WinMOD, Emulate3D, or Process Simulate or equivalent environment.\r\nKnowledge of controls standards for Ford, GM, Chrysler, and other automotive manufacturers.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.\r\n5 years' experience developing in at least one of the following: C#/Java/JScript/C++\r\n2 years' experience with control systems and programming PLCs.
