You'll contribute to new application development as well as enhancements to existing systems.Job Requirements:You must be a self-starter, take genuine pride in your work, and be empathetic to your users by building software that YOU would enjoy using.We use the SolidJS library for our front-end UI. Experience using SolidJS is ideal, but you must have a solid grasp and professional experience with React/Redux.Core Responsibilities:Design and build dynamic, responsive UI screens using TypeScript and modern front-end techniquesDevelop and maintain Node.js/Express APIs to support internal applicationsWork with Microsoft SQL Server to read and write application dataCollaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutionsTroubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-organized codeFront-End / TypeScriptStrong experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS/SASS/SCSSExperience using socket.io for bi-directional communication between client and serverExperience building dynamic UI components and working with modern layout systems (Flex/Grid)Experience with React (Redux experience is a plus; SolidJS experience is a bonus); Back-End / Node.jsExperience building APIs using Node.js and ExpressUnderstanding of async programming (async/await, promises)Experience working with third-party APIsDatabaseStrong understanding of relational database designRequired ExperienceMinimum 5-8 years of professional experience building full-stack web applicationsExperience working on production systems used by real usersSoft SkillsAbility to work directly with users to understand and refine requirementsClear communication with both technical and non-technical team membersSelf-motivated and able to work effectively in a small team environmentGood judgment in troubleshooting and problem-solvingBonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience with SolidJSExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)Experience working in a manufacturing or operations environmentDistinguishing Characteristics:The above statement are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
