Our Arizona practice continues to expand, with additional growth planned in personal injury and estate planning.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Managing Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney licensed in Arizona to lead and support our default servicing practice. This role is ideal for a driven attorney who combines strong courtroom experience with leadership capability and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.This position offers a clear path for leadership, including oversight of legal staff and involvement in firm growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLegal PracticeManage a portfolio of Arizona matters, including:Residential and commercial foreclosuresBankruptcy proceedingsEvictions and post-sale possessionContested creditor rights litigationDraft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsAppear in court for hearings, mediations, and contested proceedingsProvide strategic legal analysis and recommendationsEnsure compliance with Arizona laws, court rules, and client requirementsClient EngagementServe as a primary point of contact for clientsCommunicate proactively regarding case status, risks, and outcomesParticipate in client calls, audits, and portfolio reviewsDeliver timely, high-quality service aligned with client expectationsLeadership & ManagementSupervise attorneys, paralegals, and support staffReview work product for quality and accuracyMentor and develop junior team membersAssist with workflow management, staffing, and process improvementsSupport recruiting, onboarding, and performance managementGrowth & ExpansionContribute to the firm’s expansion into personal injury and estate planningHelp develop scalable processes and best practices for new service linesQualificationsRequiredActive Arizona Bar license in good standing3-5 years of experience in default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or creditor rightsStrong courtroom experience and litigation skillsIn-depth knowledge of Arizona foreclosure and bankruptcy proceduresExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage a high-volume caseloadProficiency with legal technology and case management systemsAbility to work in-office at least three days per weekPreferredExperience representing mortgage servicers, lenders, or financial institutionsPrior leadership or supervisory experienceMulti-state practice experienceInterest in expanding into personal injury and estate planningWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experienceLeadership growth opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented environmentOpportunity to help shape and expand new practice areasStability with a growing, forward-thinking firmApply today to join a firm where your legal expertise and leadership can make a direct impact.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
