Starting pay $17.\n\nNight Shift\nSchedule: Tuesday- Thursday | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM\n\nThree 12-hour shifts. Four days off every week!\nThis is an hourly position.\n\nWe offer a strong benefits package, including:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nShort-term disability and life insurance\n401(k)\nPaid time off and holidays\nSUMMARY\nMonitors plastic injection molded parts to ensure quality and conformance using visual inspection and basic measuring tools.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nLoad inserts and unload molded parts as instructed\nTrim, cut, or remove excess material (gates, runners, flashing) using hand tools\nClean mold cavities when required\nInspect parts visually and with gauges to ensure quality standards are met\nComplete required production and quality documentation\nPackage and label finished product\nRemove and dispose of scrap material\nMaintain a clean and organized work area\nPerform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, milling, or assembly\nOperate equipment such as arbor presses and sonic welders as needed\nNotify supervisor of quality issues (e.g., excessive scrap)\nFollow work instructions and remain at assigned workstation\nMay operate multiple machines or assist with training as needed\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred\n1+ year of injection molding experience preferred\nBasic computer skills required (label printing, documentation)\nAbility to read and follow work instructions\nSKILLS & ABILITIES\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)\nStrong attention to detail and quality\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nFrequent standing, walking, and use of hands\nRegular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs\nBending, reaching, and repetitive motions required\nGood vision (close, distance, and color)\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing setting with exposure to moving machinery, noise, and airborne particles\nOccasional exposure to heat, humidity, and vibration\nNoise level is typically loud\nPRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:\nEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.\n\nSchedule: Tuesday- Thursday | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM\n\nThree 12-hour shifts.
