Installer/Labor/Job lead

Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated laborers & Installers to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include - Installation of fencing, decking, railings and other unique outdoor projects - keeping the worksite clean, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities * Requirements * Driver's license required * Must be able to lift 80 pounds * Previous experience as an Installer preferred but not necessary * Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to installations * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Love what you do and create for our customers. Qualifications * Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods * Strong attention to detail * Excellent hand-eye coordination * Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations * Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred * Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
