This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nResponsiblities will include:\nProgram Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nStakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Maintain effective communication and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.\nRisk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle.\nPerformance Tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to track program performance. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status, issues, and achievements.\nResource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success.
