Discover more at https://www.connectpositronic.com/en/\n\nSummary\nProcesses parts through electroplating lines, including loading, unloading, and inspecting parts for quality, while ensuring safe chemical handling.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nRack, clean, and immerse parts in plating solutions\nVerify plating times, metals, and specifications\nLoad/unload plating barrels and visually inspect parts\nOperate various plating lines and equipment\nFollow safety procedures when handling chemicals\nMaintain accurate part counts and quality checks\nUphold Positronic’s standards of integrity, quality, and operational excellence.\nIdentify hazards in the workplace and report them to management and/or the safety coordinator.\nCollaborate with the EHS department to meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NFPA, DNR, EPA, and Amphenol sustainability practices.\nWork with the Quality department to ensure compliance with AS9100 certification standards.\nComply with all company policies and procedures.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nEducation and Experience\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n1 to 3 months in a similar position.\nMust pass appropriate testing to advance in the ABC program.\nPhysical\n\nLong periods of standing; frequent walking.\nBending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling required.\nFrequent lifting of up to 30 lbs; occasionally handling small parts.\nHigh finger dexterity and grip strength needed.\nPPE includes safety glasses, gloves, and apron when handling chemicals.\nWorking Conditions\nWork is performed in a lab environment with constant exposure to sulfuric and nitric, aluminum, copper, and gold. Constant exposure to sulfuric and nitric acid, aluminum, copper, and gold. Frequent lifting and machine handling.
