Showroom Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, answer queries, and offer design recommendations. Develop a thorough understanding of the products in the showroom. Stay updated on the latest design trends and product features. Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Collaborate with the team to create attractive product displays. Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Build positive relationships with clients to enhance their shopping experience. Conduct on-site visits to client locations, gaining first hand insights into spaces and collaborating with the design team to ensure accurate project understanding and execution. Take ownership of small design projects, showcasing creativity and attention to detail while meeting client expectations and adhering to project timelines. Follow up with clients to address any post-purchase inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels. Communicate product feedback and customer preferences to the team. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience. Contribute ideas and feedback to improve showroom operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
