As a Boilerperson, you’re not just ensuring proper functioning of boilers throughout the property – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Keep boiler systems running smoothly: Operate, maintain, and repair boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performanceMaintain other related systems: Oversee the operation and upkeep of condensate and feed-water systems, air compressors, dryers, wastewater pumps, and heat recovery systemsRespond to service requests: Quickly handle unscheduled and emergency work orders related to boiler system issuesDocument maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attentionQualificationsWhat It Takes to Make the StayAt Hilton, Our Core Values Define What It Takes To Succeed Here And Guide The Qualities We Look For In Every Team MemberA passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
