Director, Amazon Performance - Intimates
The Director of Amazon Performance leads strategic and operational initiatives to maximize Basic Resources Intimates’ business growth and profitability on Amazon. This role manages end-to-end Amazon performance across all product categories and brands, working closely with the SVP of Sales along with cross functional partners in strategy, merchandising, brand management, operations and finance.The Director will drive measurable growth in Amazon sales, improve category rankings and visibility, optimize pricing and promotional strategies, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. This position will have direct impact on revenue growth and market positioning while building strong relationships with Amazon account teams and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon strategy and business plans to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansionAnalyze performance and adjust strategy to achieve growth in a challenging environmentWork cross functionally to receive product and creative assets that will support and super drive growth and profitability on AmazonConnect across AMG businesses to ensure leverage of the total AMG company infrastructureLead product listing optimization, including enhanced content, keywords, images, and A+ pages to improve visibility and conversion ratesManage pricing, promotional calendars, and inventory strategies to maximize sales velocity and minimize excess stockConduct competitive analyses and test assets and content frequently and scientifically to determine best practices in an evolving environmentMonitor and analyze key metrics including sales velocity, conversion rates, return rates, customer reviews, and brand healthBuild and maintain strategic relationships with Amazon account team members, marketing managers, and category specialistsUtilize Amazon Seller Central, brand analytics tools, third-party analytics platforms, and internal systems (ERP, business intelligence tools) to make data-driven decisionsLead and mentor the Amazon operations & sales team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeAt least 4 years of Amazon experience, with proven success in owning and directly growing a business on Amazon1P Amazon experience, preferredExperience leading and managing teams and working cross functionallyProficiency with Amazon Seller Central, Advertising Console, brand analytics tools, Excel, and basic understanding of ERP and business intelligence systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teamsAnnual salary range starting at $160,000+.The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package.
