Candidates should have experience in highly scaled software engineering, modern and current frontend best practices, and be constantly interested in learning, sharing, and supporting others. You are also passionate about using Gen AI tools in everything we build. Successful candidates for this role will have a deep understanding of front-end web technologies including TypeScript, React, Node, Next.js, and modern micro-front end architectures. You will be passionate about up-leveling UX development capabilities within the company and you will have the passion and patience to guide teams and individual engineers through that work. You will also have an interest in leveraging AI to assist in both improving developer efficiency and in building out customer experiences based on AI.
