Duties DescriptionHead Cooks are typically responsible for and supervise a kitchen staff of Cooks, and Food Service Workers 1 3, in a smaller, combined kitchen/dining room operation, or for a group of several smaller food preparation and service areas as exist in the State’s “cottage-style” residential facilities.
