Training and Development:\nTrain new team members in manufacturing processes, equipment operation and safety protocols.\nFoster a learning culture by providing ongoing training and development opportunities to team members.\nQualifications:\nHighschool Diploma or equivalent\n1-2 years supervisory/leadership experience\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.\nExhibits strong cross-cultural communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders across various organizational levels, departments, and cultural backgrounds.\nProficiency in Excel and Microsoft office suite\nKnowledge of Pareto charts\nSupervisory responsibilities:\nLead and guide associates on specific manufacturing lines, including training planning, directing work, and resolving problems.\nLanguage skills:\nAbility to read, analyze information, write reports, and work instructions. Effective presentation and response to questions.\nMathematical skills:\nAbility to work with basic mathematical concepts.\nReasoning Ability:\nAbility to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions.\nAdditional job responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain a positive attitude, promote teamwork, and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nHealth and safety Conditions:\nAwareness of potential work and environmental hazards. Compliance with PPE (personal protective equipment) requirements according to SWI (standard work instructions).\nPhysical Demands:\nRegular use of hands, standing for extended periods up to entire shift, sitting, and lifting to 80 pounds.
