Makes recommendations for new procedures\nWork requires independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues.\nQualifications:\nRequires advanced job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.\nExperience in a manufacturing, repair depot, or integration environment.\nExperienced soldering skills, familiarity with Quality Operating Procedures (such as AS9100 and ISO), ESD, and Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD)\nAble to comprehend schematics, mechanical drawings, assembly work instructions and test procedures.\nAble to work with all general manufacturing hand tools, computers, and electronic troubleshooting tools such as oscilloscopes, multi-meters, power supplies, calipers, and testing instruments.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.\nMay be required to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, with assistance.\nAble to stand, bend, twist and kneel while building a variety of assemblies.\nAble to obtain a FAA clearance.\nOverall Summary:\nHighly developed support individual contributor.\nWorks autonomously.
