Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and symbols - must have strong GD&T skills\n10. Ability to understand & apply problem solving methods, statistical sampling & inspection technique\n11. Experience with continuous improvement a plus (i.e., Six Sigma, LEAN, etc.).\n12. Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills\n13. Knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite\n14. High School Diploma, GED required, or technical school diploma required.\n15.
