MPH Insurance Agency has been located in Spencerville, Ohio since 1925. We are a multi-line insurance agency licensed to do business in Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. We are looking to add a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The individual should have experience with Personal and Commercial Lines along with all aspect of customer service. The right individual could have future advancement opportunities in the business.ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing all their insurance related questions, concerns and requests. Customer service skills will also be essential in taking payments, scheduling appointments, updating client information, discussing and issuing insurance policies. Candidate will be required to handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
