Must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and be\nable to work in a loosely structured environment.\n• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n• Minimum of 2 years wood crafting experience is preferred.\n• Hands-on experience in assembly and manufacturing of wood-based products.\n• Demonstrated ability to build from blueprints.\n• Strong basic math skills and problem-solving skills.\n• Experienced with power tools such as drills and saws.\n• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work\nwell under pressure; able to manage multiple projects.\n\nCOMPETENCIES:\n• Teamwork--Balances team and individual responsibilities; Contributes to building\na positive team; Puts success of production team above own interests; Supports\neveryone's efforts to succeed.\n• Quality/Quantity--Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Applies feedback\nto improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
