BEPC has an open position as a Training SpecialistLocation: Minnetonka, MNBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePay Rate: $33.00 - $35.73 Per hour based on experienceTerm: 6-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performanceShift: M – F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMRequirements: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. / 5+ years of experience in understanding of adult learning principles and human learning concepts*****NO CORP-TO-CORP CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED*****Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Learning & Development / Training Specialist to support training operations within a production environment in Minnetonka, MN. This role is responsible for delivering instructor-led training, facilitating group learning sessions, designing learning interventions, and partnering with management to support organizational and business objectives.The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and project management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in both office and production floor settings. This position requires onsite presence 100% of the time, with approximately 40–50% of the workday spent on the production floor, including gowning requirements.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging training sessions and facilitate group learning in diverse environmentsDesign and develop learning interventions aligned with business and organizational goalsPartner with management to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutionsConduct audits and ensure accuracy/compliance of training documentation and recordsAnalyze training and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesManage multiple training-related projects and timelines simultaneouslySupport continuous improvement initiatives within the production environmentMaintain compliance with company procedures and production floor requirementsWork cross-functionally with teams to ensure training effectiveness and operational readinessQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, or a closely related disciplineOR equivalent practical and transferable experience demonstrating comparable expertiseUnderstanding of adult learning principles and human learning conceptsExperience designing learning interventions to support specific business needsStrong data analysis and reporting skillsProven project management capabilitiesExceptional attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance-related activitiesComfortable working in a production/manufacturing environmentAbility to work onsite full-time in Minnetonka, MNWillingness to work on the production floor 40–50% of the time, including gowning requirements
