About the job Business Data ScientistJob DescriptionAs a Business Data Scientist, you will assist with building sophisticated models, generating insights, applying artificial intelligence and business intelligence reporting to assist in identifying business opportunities. You'll work with market intelligence partners across the business to develop appropriate solutions.An understanding of programming language, a curiosity for problem solving and a processimprovement approach are keys to success!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, youll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations: Develops, implements, and supports business intelligence reporting and advancedanalytical model development, architecture, data availability and data modelsCreates scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large scale data analyses, modeldevelopment, model validation, and model implementationStreamlines user interfaces and data visualization tools to make data analyses moreeffective and accessibleAssists with the development of descriptive, predictive and/or prescriptive statistical models to solve business problemsWorks with large data sets in a hybrid cloud environment across multiple source systems, machine learning, artificial intelligence and other advanced statistical methodsWork with other internal partners to develop data solutionsOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications Bachelors degree in information technology, Engineering, Business or related2 (two) years' experience supporting database development, data analytics and/or experience in the natural gas industryPower platform skills specifically building power applications, power pages and power automation
