Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Legal Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their law student and lateral recruiting efforts in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in recruiting or professional services, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.Responsibilities: • Coordinate all aspects of law student recruiting, including on-campus and off-campus events, receptions, and outreach programs • Schedule interviews, track candidate pipelines, and manage interview feedback and offer processes • Partner with attorneys, senior stakeholders, and internal teams to support hiring needs across practice areas • Support summer associate programs including orientation, events, mentoring, and performance reviews • Maintain recruiting databases, update job postings, and track candidate and program metrics • Assist with judicial clerk outreach, sponsorships, and diversity initiatives • Manage event logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination for recruiting-related activities • Provide administrative support including calendar management, reporting, and expense processingRequirements: • 2+ years of recruiting experience within a law firm or professional services environment • Experience supporting law student or attorney recruiting programs preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment • High level of discretion and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with recruiting systems such as ViDesktop is a plus • Bachelor’s degree preferred
