About the Role:This Architect role focuses on multifamily residential design, Revit modeling, and BIM coordination within a full-cycle real estate development environment. The position supports architectural design, construction documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across architecture, engineering, and construction teams. Ideal for candidates with strong Revit expertise and experience in high-rise or multifamily housing projects, this role blends technical production, project coordination, and construction support.Responsibilities:Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and construction teams to support the full project lifecycle for multifamily residential developmentsDevelop, modify, and maintain Revit models and construction documents, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentationProduce a wide range of deliverables such as presentation drawings, marketing plans, contractor coordination drawings, and construction sketchesCoordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to integrate design requirements into BIM modelsLead or participate in BIM coordination meetings using tools such as Navisworks and BIM 360Review and process shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications and construction schedulesManage Revit and CAD files, including redlines, sheet creation, file organization, and model integrationSupport project documentation workflows within construction management platforms such as ProcoreConduct site visits to monitor construction progress and assist with quality control and design implementationMaintain project archives, manage drawing distribution, and support document control processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field5 to 10 years of architectural experience, preferably in multifamily residential, mixed-use, or high-rise projectsAdvanced proficiency in Revit, including modeling, documentation, family creation, and schedule managementExperience producing construction documents, schematic drawings, and presentation materialsFamiliarity with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks and BIM 360Experience with Bluebeam or similar PDF markup and document review softwareProficiency in project management tools such as Procore and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and WordWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorStrong understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and coordination workflowsExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDesired Qualifications:Licensed Architect or progress toward licensureMaster's degree in Architecture or related disciplineKnowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standardsExperience with developer-led, design-build, or LEED and sustainable design projectsFamiliarity with construction methods, field coordination, and construction administrationAbility to interpret complex project documents such as entitlement reports, surveys, and regulatory requirements
