legacy and next generation applications that support various criminal court, public wellness, and national security matters throughout the lifecycle of a case.\nThe ITD is seeking a consultant under the job title specified above to assist with designing and re-engineering various systems in its criminal justice systems portfolio.\n\nScope of Work\nIn addition to the standard skills and qualifications for the job class, applicants should have experience in modernizing or rewriting older systems to meet current business function and security requirements:\nDesign, create, deploy, and maintain data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.\nDevelop data modelling, ETL solutions, and BI/analytical content using Microsoft SQL Server BI stack (SSRS/SSMS/SSIS), Excel, Tableau.\nRespond to ad-hoc data requests for information by writing complex T-SQL\nCollaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to solve complex business problems, by gathering requirements, prototyping and testing, or enhancing existing solutions to meet new requirements.\n\nTechnical Competencies:\n.NET Framework (4.6.2 and up)\n.NET 6 and above\n.NET MVC 5\n.NET Entity Framework 6 and Entity Framework CORE\n.NET WEB API\nRazor view and/or Blazer\nSQL Server (2016 and up)\nSSIS & SSRS\nIIS (8.5 and up)\nAzure Dev Ops\nSQL Server Performance Skills\nOptimize SQL queries (Query Execution Plans. etc.,)\nSimplify Index analysis.\nResolve SQL Server deadlocks.\nIdentify the root cause of SQL Server blockings.\nBootstrap and JQuery\nMessaging
