You will manage the flow of technical information from the initial submittal to the final project closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Mastery: Assemble critical project documents, including submittal data, O&M manuals, and PVT documentsProduction Support: Create point/wire tags from bills of materials and engrave phenolic tags for our panel buildsQueue Management: Maintain the Redline and Engineering Queues to ensure everyone knows the status of projects in progress or in the backlogDepartmental Collaboration: Assist Project Managers with "PM books," help the Service team with TSA Log Books, and support Sales with proposal assemblyOffice Operations: Provide general administrative support, including telephone coverage and office maintenanceLibrary Management: Maintain and develop our electronic cutsheet library and submittal standardsWhat We’re Looking ForOrganizational Pros: Someone who can manage multiple schedules and ensure documentation is delivered on timeDetail-Oriented Reviewers: You will be responsible for reviewing the visual quality of drawings and maintaining precise recordsActive Participants: We value team members who engage in department and safety meetingsEfficient Workers: This role targets a minimum of 80% net billable utilizationWhy Setpoint Systems?Continuous Learning: You will attend training classes and assist in coordinating training sessions for othersSafety First: We prioritize a safe work environment with weekly safety meetingsImpact: Your work directly facilitates the success of our technical and sales teams, ensuring our customers receive top-tier serviceReady to keep our engineering world turning?
