Senior Technical Lead Manager - IT Engineering

Tech Lead Manager Back Market is looking for a Tech Lead Manager to lead our IT Ops Engineering team of two engineers (plus one open role). This is a rare hybrid position where you'll guide talented engineers while building the automation and integration solutions that make our 700+ Back Makers more effective every day.The goal: Elevate IT maturity across Back Market through technical excellence, genuine collaboration, and meaningful innovation.
