{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"5520cd15680e343ca668bb21","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5520cd15680e343ca668bb21","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5520cd15680e343ca668bb21","title":"Components Engineer Level 2","description":"20437-1 Components Engineer Level 2, Arlington, TX (Secret Clearance)\n\nDESCRIPTION\nPSCI is seeking a Component Engineer to ensure the quality of the components on complex weapon’s systems that help ensure our nation’s defense.\n\nIn this critical role, you would lend your expertise in support of the LTIAMD and PAC-3 programs with emphasis on electrical component specifications, military standards and performance specification for Electrical, Electronic and Electro-Mechanical (EEE) components.\n\nThe position is responsible for ensuring the quality of products transitioning from development to production through evaluation of design assurance activities and implementation of production process methodology to prevent impacts to production velocity and quality.\n\nCandidate needs to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of manufacturing quality requirements and be able to evaluate the application of those requirements toward transitioning product develop plans and solutions to obstacles that may impact successful transition at the component, sub-assembly and final assembly levels.\n\nEmployee will telework Expected to be in office Tuesday - Thursday\n\nMANDATORY\n\nMust be US Citizen\n\nBS degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience / combined education in this field\n\nExperience in electrical component failure analysis\n\nDemonstrated problem solving skills, including Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning\n\nExperience in microelectronics fabrication and test or equivalent experience\n\nAble to develop and apply quality test and inspection methods to turn materials into products\n\nAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts that will enable development and review of QE processes, and related performance metrics\n\nAbility to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product / performance specifications and other systems integration technical data\n\nAbility to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to very complex\n\nEffective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration\n\nProficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications including Access\n\nEffective communication skills -
