The CEO will be responsible for driving enterprise strategy, large scale expansion, operational excellence, physician engagement, patient experience, and financial performance. The CEO will thrive in a high-performance, patient-first environment and be instrumental in building and shaping a culture that reflects our brand: personalized care, seamless access, and an unwavering commitment to the people we serveKey ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:Establish Marquis MD as a market leader in concierge and personalized healthcare services whilst proactively adapting strategies to maintain or create a competitive advantageDevelop and execute the company's long-term growth strategy, including geographic expansion, service line development, and strategic partnerships. Drive innovation across patient experience, digital health, care delivery models, and physician engagement. Partner with the Leadership Board and investors on strategic planning, performance management, and capital allocationOperational Excellence:Build scalable operational infrastructure capable of supporting the rapid but sustainable expansion of new clinicsOversee day-to-day business operations, including clinical operations, technology, marketing, finance, compliance, and member services. Implement data-driven performance metrics and KPIs focused on patient satisfaction, physician productivity, retention, and profitability. Ensure operational alignment across all locations and business functions. Growth & Business Development:Lead membership growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies. Develop strategic relationships with employers, health systems, physician groups, referral partners, and healthcare stakeholders. Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new market expansion initiatives. Serve as the external face of Marquis MD to build brand positioning and national market awareness. Clinical & Physician Leadership:Drive a patient centric culture focused on high-quality patient outcomes and exceptional care experiences. Partner closely with the Chief Medical Officer and the medical leadership team to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and innovation in care delivery. Recruit, retain, and develop top-tier physicians and medical executives who are both commercially focused as well as obsessed with providing the highest levels of personalized care. Financial Leadership:Drive revenue growth, profitability and enterprise value creation. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and investor reporting. Optimize unit economics and scalability of the concierge medicine modelSupport fundraising activities and investor relations as needed. Culture & Talent:Develop a patient-first, mission driven culture ensuring that strategic decisions, operational priorities, and organizational initiatives consistently enhance the quality of care and overall patient experienceLead organizational design and executive team development during periods of rapid growth. Drive diversity, employee engagement, and leadership development initiativesRequirementsQualifications - Must HavesMasters in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Management, or MBA required. 15+ years of senior leadership experience, in patient services, concierge medicine, or similar service-focused, detail-driven environment where personalized care and precision intersect (e.g. luxury hotels).
