This role will partner closely with product, business, and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions that support critical business operations.\r\nKey Responsibilities Design, develop, and support enterprise ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable data pipelines.\r\nParticipate in modern data transformation initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven development practices and automation.\r\nFollow established software development and security standards throughout the development lifecycle.\r\nMonitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate resolution efforts when needed.\r\nWork closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\r\nContribute to continuous improvement efforts related to processes, architecture, and operational support.\r\nParticipate in an on-call rotation supporting critical integration processes and data workflows.\r\nMentor and collaborate with team members across multiple locations and time zones.\r\nRequired Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience in database and data integration development.\r\nStrong experience with ETL/ELT technologies, including Microsoft SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF).\r\nAdvanced SQL development skills and experience working with relational database systems.\r\nExperience leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve development efficiency, productivity, and quality.\r\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\r\nPreferred Experience Experience working in large-scale retail, consumer products, distribution, or similar industries.\r\nKnowledge of Agile development methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices.\r\nExperience integrating data across multiple database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, or similar technologies.\r\nFamiliarity with API and messaging-based integrations, including REST, SOAP, and publish/subscribe architectures.\r\nExperience supporting cloud-based and hybrid data environments.\r\nCompensation Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
