Join our PROS Program as an Employee Specialist! We're looking for a team player who's motivated to make a difference and help clients reach meaningful employment outcomes.PROS (Personal Recovery Oriented Services) is a Community Rehabilitation program to support individuals with a history of serious mental illness. Our goal is to assist individuals in acquiring and maintaining skills and supports to live successfully in their communities. These include: wellness self-management, benefits and financial management, leisure planning, and skill development to manage symptoms and practice life skills. This program offers intensive rehabilitation services to assist individuals in obtaining specific life roles, and to reduce the risk of relapse, hospitalization, loss of housing, or involvement with the criminal justice system. Extensive research has proven that consistent and meaningful employment has been a key factor in determining the social determinants of health.What You'll Do:Support clients in job search, skill development, and career planningConduct community job development and employer outreachFacilitate small employment-focused groupsCollaborate with treatment teams and employers to ensure successMaintain accurate data and reportsWhat We're Looking For:Experience with individuals with mental illness preferredStrong communication, organization, and teamwork skillsComfortable working independently and in the communityValid Driver's License requiredAssociate's degree in mental health, social services, or business preferred.
