divh2Job Title/h2pPosition Description: Duration: (March to Yr End 2021) Rates: $30-35/hr on W2 Location: Raritan, NJ/ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliCreation of step-by-step end user instructional documentation and other end user collateral content, including but not limited to:/liulliQuick reference guides/liliHow-to guides/liliKnowledge articles/liliContent for inclusion in online help app (Whatfix)/li/ulliCreation of departmental procedural and project documentation (SDLC, work instructions)/liliManagement and catalog maintenance of all published materials, including content updates as necessary/liliMaintenance of content on end user facing websites for end user service offerings/liliProvide communications copy as necessary as well as review content from team members for accuracy and clarity/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliCandidate must have 5+ years experience in writing instructional guides for productivity applications, with specific experience with Microsoft applications, and/or Zoom meetings./liliJob will require ability to investigate and test functionality of the applications and turn that knowledge into usable guides for the JJ end user community./liliWriting samples are preferred./li/ul/div
