In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our software and business systems perform reliably, efficiently, and accurately before they reach our users.\nIf you enjoy collaborating with developers, analyzing business processes, improving system quality, and making a real impact across an organization, we'd love to hear from you!\nWhat You'll Do\nAs our QA Analyst, you'll be responsible for testing system enhancements, identifying issues before they reach production, and helping improve the overall quality of our software and business processes.\nQuality Assurance & System Testing\nDevelop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nValidate software functionality against business and technical requirements.\nIdentify, document, and track defects through resolution.\nVerify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure successful implementation.\nRequirements Analysis\nReview business and technical requirements for completeness and testability.\nCollaborate with developers, business users, and stakeholders to understand project goals.\nParticipate in requirements gathering and design review meetings.\nCollaboration & Communication\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nParticipate in project meetings and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics.\nBuild strong working relationships with departments across the organization.\nDefect Management\nLog, prioritize, and manage software defects.\nWork closely with developers to reproduce issues and validate resolutions.\nProvide detailed documentation and supporting evidence for reported defects.\nContinuous Improvement\nRecommend enhancements to QA processes, testing methodologies, and standards.\nHelp establish and maintain quality assurance best practices.\nContribute to initiatives that improve software quality, efficiency, and user experience.\nTraining & Documentation\nTrain new employees on systems related to their roles.\nCreate and deliver training for new system features and enhancements.\nDevelop and maintain system documentation.\nHelp build onboarding and training materials for new team members.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum of 2 years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExceptional attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Acumatica ERP\nExperience using Azure DevOps\nExperience creating test plans, documenting business processes, and managing software defects\nWhy You'll Love This Role\nIn this position, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our business systems are reliable, efficient, and ready for production.
