We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.\n\nJob Summary:\n\nThe Machine Operator ensures safe, efficient, and sanitary operation of production equipment to meet quality and scheduling goals. Responsibilities include running and maintaining fillers, cappers, and related systems, performing routine cleaning (CIP), and following all safety, food handling, and environmental procedures. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nMaintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions\nSupports implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of the food safety and handling system\nEnsures canning runs are completed in-full, on time, with no quality defects. Maintains and ensures adherence to sanitation practices\nFollows all standard operating procedures (SOP's) for area of responsibility.
