Customer Accounts Representative\r\nSchedule:\r\nMon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM\r\nTwo late shifts weekly: 11 AM–8 PM (never Fridays)\r\nEvery other Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM\r\nOne week each month: 7 AM–4 PM + Saturday 7 AM–12 PM\r\nWhat You’ll Do:\r\nMake friendly, early‑stage courtesy calls to customers 1–29 days past due on payments\r\nHelp customers with payment setups, auto‑pay enrollment, and account updates\r\nAssist with password resets or login issues\r\nNo heavy collections — escalation teams handle those accounts\r\n2.
