What You’ll Do As a Roosters Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, making every guest’s experience memorable: Sell and serve food and drinks in a professional, friendly manner within our casual full-service environment Provide a positive, memorable dining experience through excellent service Effectively serve multiple tables at a time, keeping the restaurant running smoothly Know our menu inside and out — from our award-winning wings to drinks and specials Perform opening, ongoing, and closing side duties to ensure everything is prepped, clean, and ready for the next shift Execute the proper sequence of service for the entire dining experience No Experience? No Problem! We don’t just hire great people — we train them to be the best.
