This Project Manager IV will own initiatives from early requirements and work sessions through development, testing, and operational readiness for Day 1, Day 90, and beyond. This is an opportunity to lead highly visible workstreams, collaborate with senior leadership, and take ownership in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role sits within a Business Integration team supporting Customer Operations, focused on driving complex, cross-functional initiatives tied to large-scale operational and technology changes. The team partners closely with product, technology, operations, training, and communications groups to ensure seamless execution across critical milestonesResponsibilities:Manage the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation, ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality targets are metDevelop and maintain detailed project plans with dependencies, milestones, and critical pathsDrive readiness across key milestones (Day 1, Day 90, and additional phases) for initiatives such as connectivity services, device transitions, and operational changesLead cross-functional work sessions and ensure testing, training, communications, and operational activities are fully accounted forEstablish and execute effective communication plans for project teams and senior stakeholdersIdentify, manage, and track RAID items to resolutionProvide day-to-day direction to project resources and stakeholdersPrepare and deliver project documentation, budgets, status reports, and executive-level presentationsEnsure effective change management throughout the project lifecycleTypical Day Breakdown:25% Cross-functional working sessions and meetings20% Internal alignment meetings20% Project plan and status report maintenance20% PowerPoint deck creation and executive updates15% Email communications and follow-upsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional environmentsProven ability to manage initiatives with limited leadership oversightStrong experience communicating with senior leadership via email and PowerPointDemonstrated ability to identify, track, and resolve RAID items efficientlyExpertise in project planning, execution, and stakeholder managementAdvanced proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
