Quality Inspector

Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to quality assurance processes within a dynamic environment, supporting continuous improvement and adherence to regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001, CE, UL, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cGMP. The Quality Inspector will utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to perform thorough inspections, data collection, and quality audits. Duties Conduct detailed quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines, and vision inspection systems Ensure compliance with industry standards including ISO 9001, CE, UL, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cGMP protocols Perform quality audits to verify adherence to established quality systems and identify areas for improvement Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems and QA/QC procedures Assist in calibration and maintenance of precision measuring instruments to ensure measurement accuracy Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory standards Completing other duties as needed to support the inspection and production teams, etc. Requirements Proven experience in quality control, quality inspection, or related roles within manufacturing environments Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001, CE, UL, ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and cGMP. Proficiency with measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines Experience operating or working with vision inspection systems and other precision measurement instruments Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues Knowledge of quality management principles and experience conducting quality audits Ability to work meticulously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for documenting findings clearly and collaborating with cross-functional teams This position plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality and regulatory compliance.
