Line Cook/Prep
Fiona’s Delicatessen and Catering is looking to fill positions in our our kitchen! We are a locally owned and managed family restaurant that has been serving the Fort Collins community for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on serving quality from scratch products in a friendly environment. We are a great place to gain kitchen experience and learn new skills/techniques. Loving great food is a must!
This is a fast-paced atmosphere, and you must be able to work quickly with a team. A minimum of 2 years of professional kitchen experience required, and we will gladly train the right individual if they have a strong drive and positive attitude.
The qualities we are looking for:
Passionate about cooking and personal growth
Must have a friendly, team-oriented personality and ability to work well with others.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills
Ability to prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and food preparation checklist.
Understanding of food handling procedures, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
