Join our team and contribute to our commitment to quality manufacturing.\n\n*Duties*:\n\n* Change the molds on injection molding machines\n* Adjust machines to meet quality and cycle time standards\n* Startup Robots and make simple changes to programs\n* Setup equipment as needed\n* Keep Front Line Leader informed of any abnormalities in the production flow\n* Inform Coordinators of any defects found in a timely manner\n* Monitor production quality to standards\n* Inspection of part appearance according to product standards\n* Evaluates daily the past 24 hours of production scrap and identifies root causes.
