Insulation Crew Lead
Insulation Crew Lead Position type: This is an hourly position that is eligible for over-time, plus bonuses based on performance. This position is for our fast-growing CT territory which provides strong growth opportunity! Summary: HomeWorks Energy is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew. Responsibilities:Manage a small team of 1 to 2 installersComplete work in a timely managerComplete work up to Mass Save standardsEnsure a great customer experience with all work performedEnsure crew are following HomeWorks Energy best practices for safety and installComplete proper documentation for each jobCollect copay from customerDrive box trucks in compliance with DOT and state regulations Requirements:Construction management experience - (Preferred not required)Crew Lead Certification - (Preferred not required)Mass Save experience strongly - RequiredSalesforce experience is a plusPositive dispositionStrong leadership qualitiesSolutions orientedExcellent communication skillsHighly organizedStrong work ethic Compensation and Benefits:Competitive pay rates and benefitsOvertime eligibleBonuses based on performanceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending account401k company matchGenerous paid time off and paid holidaysMany more perks!
