Palletizing Operator (Level 5) - Night Shift -Doughball Line

Our state-of-the-art bakery has a temperature controlled environment, a great culture and we set a new standard for quality and food safety, while providing real value to our customers.While working a continental rotating schedule, our Palletizing Operator is currently enjoying an outstanding starting wage of $21.00 per hour. For this role, the Palletizing Operator is capable of contributing to packing of finished product. Included is the operation of automated equipment, preliminary diagnosis/identification of equipment issues, aiding with preventive maintenance and sanitation of the equipment. Must be flexible to learn job assignments throughout production. We have 12-hour workday schedules night (6pm-6am).ResponsibilitiesChoosing safety first in all you doMaintaining food quality standards & comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)Partner with team members to maintain consistent line operationEnsure that machinery is running properly & reporting mechanical problems to supervisor or MaintenanceInput required information into the ERP systemMaintain up to date knowledge of machinery in assigned work areaKeep work area clean and debris freeOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent math and comprehension skillsAbility to speak, understand, read and write English to ensure safety, coaching and training.Capable of inputting and retrieving required information from a computer.Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basisBe able to walk and/or stand for an entire 12 hour shift based on your schedule.Ability to pass a background check and drug screenPreferredTwo (2) years production experience, preferably in food manufacturingExperience operating PLC controlled equipmentPrior experience operating Gemini machinePrior experience operating Peerless or Scheffer MixersCraftMark Bakery is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
