We're excited to install two additional lines in 2020, contributing to the growth of our business and future!\nWhat will you do?\nManage and support the food safety programs and food safety systems: HACCP, sanitation, and environmental monitoring program. Maintain the quality systems for the plant. Ensure work instructions, SSOPs, procedures and other pertinent documentation is up to date.\nDevelopment and adherence to Quality SOP’s.\nPerform and/or participate in internal audits while ensuring compliance to internal quality policies and applicable local regulations through the audits, observations, process reviews, and development of corrective actions with site management.\nSupport facility during inspections, customer audits, communications and other interactions with regulatory agencies or customers.\nParticipate in quality complaint investigations. Verify corrective action completion and continued conformance.\nProvide technical assistance to quality assurance and operations.\nMaintain and update product specifications including customer specifications and raw material specifications to reflect any changes or product use requirements. Ensure finished product and raw materials are tested per Kerry specification.\nNotify key stakeholders of identified issues and ensure proper communication. Provide technical support for resolution of quality problems with operations.\nMaintain files of test results and product dispositions.\nSupport Laboratory Information Management System (SAP) and maintain good laboratory procedures (GLP's) including calibration.\nSupport supervision of Quality staff and including but not limited to the following: laboratory management, training, maintenance of product and raw material quality records and testing procedures, informing stakeholders of quality issues, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Kerry Standard Operating Procedures.\nPerforms other duties and responsibilities as required.\nWhat will you need to be successful?\nBachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related.\nMinimum 2 years of quality experience in a supervisor role within a food manufacturing setting.\nKnowledge and experience with quality management systems, GFSI audit standards, SSOPs, environmental hygiene programs, prerequisite programs, and HACCP.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.\nProactive, self starter attitude and capable of working in a fast paced environment.\nCompensation Data\nThe typical hiring range for this role is $73,758 to $108,755 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).\nKerry is an equal opportunity employer.
