That's why we encourage learning, growth, and trying new things-even if you don't have all the answers yet.\n\nOur culture is rooted in fierce determination, fearless integrity, and passionate service-but we also like to keep things collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth.\n\nWe're looking for people who:\n\nAre curious and excited about technology\nLike solving problems and figuring things out\nCan take initiative but also enjoy working with a team\nWant to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves\n\nIf you're someone who's eager to jump in, learn something new, and make an impact-you'll fit right in here.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesigns, develops, tests, deploys, and sustains data engineering solutions that automate data collection, transformation, validation, and delivery across ANG CDAO source systems, repositories, and analytics platforms\nDevelops SQL and Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, monitoring tools, and recovery procedures to ensure timely and accurate data availability\nManages repository health, data quality controls, performance optimization, system interfaces, and operational troubleshooting to support mission-critical reporting and decision-support capabilities\nCollaborates with analysts, developers, and Government stakeholders to implement business intelligence products, Power Platform solutions, enterprise applications, and AI-enabled capabilities using governed data sources\nSupports Data Pipeline Development, Data Warehouse Management, Business Intelligence Products, and Enterprise Application Maintenance through secure engineering and operational support services\n\nRequirements:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field\n10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, business intelligence, or related technical roles\nDesign and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns\nPerform systems management and integration functions\nPossesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments\nPlans and leads major technology assignments\nEvaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success\nFunctions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments\nMay supervise others\nSecurity+ certification\nAn Active Security clearance is required\n\nIPTA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
